Melissa A. Gleick, Esq.

Attorney/Owner

Melissa concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Special Needs Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Equine and Pet Trust Planning, Guardianships, Conservatorships and Small Business Planning. Melissa was admitted to practice in Massachusetts after having earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from New England School of Law in Boston where she was a member of the New England Law Review and where she graduated cum laude. She earned her undergraduate degree from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts where she majored in Criminal Justice and graduated summa cum laude.

Melissa is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. In 2013, she was recognized by Worcester Business Journal and was awarded their 40 under Forty Award. In 2015 and again in 2017, she was recognized by Super Lawers Magazine and was awarded their Rising Star Award.

In addition to appearing as a host on Money Matters radio, Melissa frequently develops and presents seminars on various legal topics, including estate planning, long term care planning, asset protection planning and special needs planning.

Melissa resides in Holden, Massachusetts with her daughter Morgan and her two dogs, Harley and Quinn. In her free time, Melissa likes to spend time with family and friends, read, exercise and travel.

Johnna A. Carlson

Legal Assistant/
Marketing Coordinator

Johnna earned her Associate of Science from Becker College in 1981. She resides in Rutland with her husband and dog Cooper. They have three adult children and two “bonus” in-law children. Johnna enjoys being outside, gardening, listening to live music, spending time with friends, traveling to Myrtle Beach, but most of all, spending time with her children.

Audra K. McNamara

Legal Assistant

Audra earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Anna Maria College. Audra resides in Holden with her husband Scott. They have three children, two dogs and several chickens. Before joining the Law Office of Melissa A. Gleick, Esq., PLLC., Audra was a dance teacher and held positions in accounting and management. Audra enjoys music and dancing and is passionate about nutrition, health, and fitness. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Olivia G. Rodriguez

Legal Assistant

Liv has been with The Law Office of Melissa A. Gleick, Esq. PLLC since 2018. Liv resides in Holden with her parents, two brothers and her dog, Bru Bru. She currently attends the University of Connecticut where she is a member of the cheerleading team. In her free time, Liv enjoys painting, yoga and reading.
